Seamless Energy Storage: Hyner’s 15.36kWh Lithium Battery Installation with Hybrid Inverter in Islamabad

Hyner.pk is proud to showcase a successful deployment of its advanced lithium-ion energy storage solution in Islamabad, integrating three 5.12kWh battery modules with a 12kW hybrid inverter system. This installation exemplifies Hyner’s commitment to delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly energy solutions across Pakistan.

🔋 System Overview: Smart, Scalable, and Efficient

In this project, we installed:

  • Battery Configuration: 3 × 5.12kWh (48V) lithium-ion battery banks connected in parallel, totaling 15.36kWh
  • Inverter Integration: A 12kW Deye hybrid inverter (locally known as Inverex Nitrox)

  • Communication Setup:

    • Daisy-chain RS485 communication via straight LAN cables between battery modules
    • DIP switch settings: Master battery set to 1, slaves to 2 and 3 (binary)
    • CAN cable (provided with inverter) connected to battery and inverter CAN ports
  • Result: Seamless communication with full visibility of lithium parameters and BMS data on the inverter screen

🌞 Solar-Powered Backup: Daytime Charging, Nighttime Support

The system is configured to deliver 5 hours of backup at a peak load of 3kW, which includes motors, air conditioning, and lighting. Real-world performance has been impressive:

  • Average Load: 2.5kW
  • Backup Duration: 5 hours
  • Round-Trip Efficiency: 95.5%
  • Thermal Behavior: Stable and consistent
  • Operating Mode: Cyclic — solar charging during the day, backup at night
